Thank you for supporting Freedom PomPom. We strive to get our symbolic awareness products into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, the estimated delivery time is:

International Shipping: 7–14 business days.

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SR Enterprises LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
Hearts on a Mission is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The genius of the White Pompom lies in its accessibility and versatility. Unlike complex logos or exclusive symbols, anyone can create, wear, or display a pompom. Its gentle, tactile nature creates a striking contrast to the harsh realities it stands against, making it both approachable for conversation and powerful in its symbolism.
The Freedom Pompom campaign invites individuals, organizations, schools, and communities to wear or display the White Pompom to raise awareness, initiate conversations, and unite for a common cause.
