1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following strictly defined conditions:

Defective Items: Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or possess a clear manufacturing defect.

7-Day Window: You must contact us regarding a defective item within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect address entry, or "buyer's remorse."

Handmade Variations: As noted in our Terms & Conditions, small variations in handmade items are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
3. Return Process
If you receive a defective item:

Please take a clear photo of the defect.

Our team will review your request. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe).
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved and initiated through our payment gateway, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
